A chargeback alert will inform you when a customer has begun the dispute process. You’ll automatically receive an email, giving you up to three days to respond. By issuing the customer a refund, or otherwise dealing with their issue, you will be able to halt the chargeback process, and dramatically lower your chargeback ratio.
What it costs
